This is assessed individually and never done abruptly. Your current medications are reviewed by our doctor on Day 1. As your blood glucose responds to the programme, your doctor monitors daily readings and may recommend supervised dose reductions in coordination with your home physician. No medication changes are made without explicit medical guidance and blood glucose confirmation.
Our primary programme is designed for Type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune condition requiring lifelong insulin. We do offer supportive programmes for Type 1 patients — focused on immune modulation, gut health, and quality of life — but these are assessed case by case. Please contact us directly if you have Type 1 diabetes.
We accept guests with HbA1c ranging from pre-diabetic levels (5.7–6.4%) through to established Type 2 with HbA1c up to approximately 11–12%. Very high HbA1c levels or uncontrolled diabetes with acute complications require a pre-programme medical consultation before we can confirm suitability. Our free consultation call with a doctor will clarify this for your specific situation.
Yes. Fasting blood glucose is monitored daily throughout your programme. Post-meal readings are taken where indicated. Your medications are adjusted in real time based on your daily readings by our medical team. You will never be unmonitored during the programme.

Contact us via our website or WhatsApp at +91 91070 40040. Your first step is a free consultation call with one of our doctors — not a sales coordinator. We will review your health history, current medications, and HbA1c levels and confirm the most appropriate programme for your situation.
